We also create a user ID for your BestModelAI account. If you are an existing BestModelAI user, your name, email address associated with BestModelAI, profile photo, and BestModelAI user ID will be used to link your BestModelAI account to your BestModelAI account. Depending on your location, we may also ask you for your date of birth to verify your age. We use this information to communicate with you, troubleshoot issues, and provide updates on the latest BestModelAI features. This processing is necessary to comply with our legal and contractual obligations to you.</p>

    Contact List. With your consent, BestModelAI can access and periodically sync your phone's contact list so you can easily find and contact your friends on BestModelAI. It is in our legitimate business interest to provide you with a customized experience.
    Device Information. We collect your device type and operating system details for analysis and troubleshooting product issues. This is so we can comply with our contractual obligations to you.
    Third-party App Login. You can use third-party apps, such as Google and Apple, to log in to your BestModelAI account. When you log in using this method, we collect your name and email address associated with that third-party app for identity verification and authentication. This processing is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you.
    Subscription Billing Data. When you subscribe to BestModelAI, we use a third-party service provider to collect and process your billing information. The information collected by our billing provider may include your name, billing address, credit or debit card details, phone number, and email address. This processing is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you.
    Content Creator Payments. If you are a content creator on BestModelAI, we collect your email and share it with our third-party payment processor to facilitate your payments. We also collect and share your tax information, such as your tax ID and address, with our tax service provider. This processing is necessary to comply with our legal and contractual obligations to you.

<p>Advertising. When you interact with a BestModelAI ad, we collect information about you to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. This information includes your IP address, advertising ID, and ad interaction information. We share your hashed email with our advertising platform partners for our paid acquisition campaigns. Our third-party AI model LLM providers and third-party bot developers may receive details of your interactions with bots on BestModelAI (including the content of your chats) to provide and improve their services, which they may process for their legitimate business interests. Your BestModelAI user account information (such as username and email) is not shared with our third-party AI model providers or developers. Third-party developers who use the API to create bots on BestModelAI may view and store your anonymized chat history on their servers to train their models. We may use your interactions on BestModelAI to provide you with a personalized experience, such as recommending other bots to explore or discuss topics.</p>
<p>Please keep in mind that any information and files you provide to a bot on BestModelAI will be shared with the third-party AI model providers and developers that power the bot, and sensitive personal information (such as credit card information, social security information, etc.) is not required to be shared with the bot.
